All sales are final. Nightwave operates a strict no-refund policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. We strongly recommend reviewing your selected plan before completing payment.
All Wave+ subscription purchases made on Nightwave are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, we do not issue refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
When you purchase a Wave+ subscription, you are purchasing access to premium features on the Nightwave Platform for the selected subscription period. You acknowledge that:
Prorated Credit Only: If Nightwave is completely inaccessible due to a fault on our end for more than 72 consecutive hours, affected Wave+ subscribers may request a prorated account credit (not a cash refund) for the exact duration of the outage. This credit will be applied to extend your existing subscription.
To claim an outage credit, you must:
Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or partial feature unavailability do not qualify for credits. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Nightwave subscriptions are currently one-time purchases per period — there is no automatic auto-renewal. You will not be charged again at the end of your subscription period unless you make a new purchase. Your Wave+ features will remain active until the expiry date shown in your account, after which you will revert to free-tier access automatically.
Important: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a valid Nightwave purchase constitutes a violation of our Terms and Conditions. Upon initiation of an unjustified chargeback, your account will be permanently banned and you will be ineligible to create future accounts on Nightwave.
If you have a genuine billing concern — such as a duplicate charge, a payment that was deducted but not credited, or an unauthorised transaction — please contact us first at support.nightwave@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback. We will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly.
All payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. Nightwave does not store your card details, bank account information, or any other sensitive payment credentials. For payment-related technical issues, you may also contact Cashfree support directly.
In the event of a technical failure during payment where your money was deducted but your subscription was not activated, please email support.nightwave@gmail.com with your payment reference number. We will investigate and activate your subscription or arrange for a full refund of the failed transaction within 5 business days.
All prices displayed on Nightwave are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Nightwave reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 7 days before their next purchase decision.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in cases of deficient service, unfair trade practices, or fraud. If you believe you have been subject to any of the above, you may raise a complaint under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
